It is located at https://portals.veracross.com/sfprep/student. And they if they put their Prep email into the username field, they should then be prompted with the ability to sign on via Google. They should not need to enter a password.
No. Most non-senior students should have two elective request groups, one for each semester, with three prioritized choices within each group. It is not critical that the number be exactly three, but just be aware that having fewer choices increases the chances that the student will not get an elective they have picked out. Seniors will likely have a lot more request groups.
Oops! This dropdown populates automagically from the grading periods, so Middle School gets quarters, even though the courses last a whole semester. Just use "1" and "3", at least for now.
No! Just put two semester long alternates in the same group with a note that says "{priority 2} and {priority 3} if {priority 1} is unavailable."
